Troubleshooting

Use this page when a link, integration, alert, or API request does not behave as expected.

Integration Does Not Appear

  • confirm the provider authorization completed
  • confirm you are in the correct Encrisoft organization
  • check whether the provider account has access to the destination workspace, server, team, or channel

API Request Fails

  • confirm x-api-key and x-api-secret are present
  • confirm Content-Type is application/json
  • check the response body for a stable error code
  • verify the channel reference belongs to the same organization as the credential

Alert Was Sent To The Wrong Place

  • review the channel reference used by the request
  • confirm the provider destination still exists
  • update your service configuration before sending another production alert
